Ultrafiltration
is a kind of membrane-separation, widely
used for substance separation, concentration
and purification. The ultrafiltration
membrane of hollow fibre ultrafiltration
module is densely covered by micropores
like a hollow capillary tube wall. Source
solution flows inside or outside of
the tube under a certain pressure. Dissolvent,
micromolecular and solute become ultrafiltrated
liquid after permeancing the menbrane.
The stock solution is concentrated and
we attain the purpose of separating
part of the solute from the dissolvent.
